I made these candy apple caramel cupcakes for a friends birthday party and they turned out very yummy and gooey. I was inspired by a blog post at Culinary In The Country and added the wood sticks so the cupcakes could be eaten like a candy apple. These cupcakes brought back fun memories of eating candy apples as a child.
