Rainbow cupcakes are fun to make with your kids and can be a great rainy day project. Maybe your kids are tired of the rain and you are looking for a fun activity to do at home. Making rainbow cupcakes can put a smile on your entire families face. Grab some food coloring and add have your kids mix their favorite colors together and be creative. Use plastic bowls to mix the batter and food coloring together. You can also decorate with rainbow frosting and pipe one color at a time.
