Tori shares her adorable Pudsey teddy bear cupcakes with us. Pudsey is a mascot for the BBC Children in Need telethon in the UK. The telethon raises millions of dollars each year for UK hospitals. I think Tori did a fantastic job utilizing fondant with dots for the Pudsey bandage. Tori has a fun blog called Torilicious where you can read more posts about cupcakes and fun sweets.
