Felicia sent me this picture of igloo cupcakes that she made for her son’s Penguin theme birthday party. She even incorporated a large cupcake as the centerpiece and cut marshmallows in half to create the igloo doors. The penguin igloo cupcakes could also be a fun idea if your child loves the movie Happy Feet or Surf’s Up.
