I made this Hello Kitty cupcake for my daughter this week and was inspired by a new sticker book she received. I rolled out fondant and used a circle cutter for the head. I then shaped the face and ears by hand and made a separate bow from the fondant. Using food safe markers, I colored Hello Kitty’s face and red bow. The sticker book made a perfect background for the Hello Kitty cupcake picture with the bakery scene. Hello Kitty has so many fun characters that my daughter has requested My Melody for her next cupcake day.
