These Coco Chanel cupcakes appear to utilize the Tiffany blue frosting that we love here at Party Cupcake Ideas. You can use fondant and a “C” cookie cutter or try your hand at creating your own “C” with a knife. Using food coloring you can create a brown or black “C” or you can always buy fondant color packs at a craft store.
