We have all been there, a friend is injured, upset or down and you just want to show that you are there and that you care. The question that comes to mind is, cupcakes or flowers? Some may ask about chocolates as well, and that is fair enough too!
The answer is all three of course! Chocolate cupcakes with yellow roses (the friendship colour) fondant roses on top. The yummy treat of chocolate and cupcakes, along with the sentimental message of the yellow rose. Liz’s Cakes who created these great cupcakes agrees.
Many worry roses will not last, but the key is they are enjoyed while they do, and just think how much enjoyment your friends will get out of your cupcakes!

There is certainly a fashion trend occurring at the moment in the vintage department, so why should cupcakes miss out on any of the attention? The other day I stumbled across these beautifully decorated cupcakes from Vintage and Cake and just had to share them with you. They would be so sensational for a tea party, and wouldn’t Grandma just adore them!
Of course they would also be perfect for a thank you gift, a baby christening or a wedding! If you need more vintage cupcake inspiration, why not check out Vintage and Cakes’ blog!

Thank you cupcakes by 'Oh Crumbs Cupcakes'
Why not do it with cupcakes?
These cupcakes were ordered from Oh Crumb Cupcakes in the UK and are yummy Vanilla and Strawberry cupcakes with large swirls of lavender and pink buttercream.
Alternatively if you have the time why not make your own Thanks cupcakes? You can make the letters out of colored fondant, and then before they dry sprinkle them liberally with edible glitter.
