Back in 1980′s one of my first store treats I can remember was the Hostess Twinkie. I soon found that the Twinkie would take a backseat to the Ding Dong and the Cupcake. I remember begging my mom to put a Ding Dong wrapped in the aluminum foil or chocolate cupcake in my lunch. I think I would get a special treat on Friday’s and remember enjoying every bite. Well, now Hostess has introduced a strawberry cupcake to the mix. Do you remember your favorite Hostess treat?

I found these cute cupcake baby shoes on Amazon and just have to order them. I typically look for Robeez or baby shoe’s at Ross or Marshall’s, but these are just so darn cute. In case you’ve wondered why my posting has slowed down a bit on my blog….well my little 8 month old has been keeping me busy. I love everything cupcake and it’s been hard for me not to buy every cupcake outfit, shirt, and hat in sight. I think these shoe’s will have to be ordered soon though. What do you think?

Do you like green eggs and ham? Dollhouse bake shop created some amazing Dr. Seuss cupcake tutorials. Be sure to visit Lindsay Morton’s aka Dessert Doll and see more of her cute designs. I think my favorite is the Cat in the Hat marshmallow pop.
