I saw a bag of Marpoles marshmallow candy at Toys R Us and thought it would be a fun idea for a cupcake decoration. The candy marshmallow pole has pink, yellow, baby blue, and white stripes. This could be a fun cupcake decoration for a baby shower or birthday party.
The cupcake recipe I used was from Martha Stewart’s lavender iced brownie cupcakes. This cupcake does not contain the lavender frosting, but I did create a thin layer of fondant for the base of the Marpoles marshmallow candy.
