How can you not be intrigued by the name of this cupcake! At the Cupcake Lab, they created this ice cream cupcake as their entry in the 2010 Ice Cream Cupcake Roundup. It is very summery, but I cannot help wanting to draw a clown face onto the front of the ice cream (which could be difficult!).

5. Fondant for summer
Choose fondant this summer, is the word over at Betty Crocker’s Blog. So when considering an outdoor summer party, perhaps give Andia’s step-by-step fondant a go.
6. A blueberry summer
